Goal

The purpose of the welcome email series is to equip users with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully design their yearbook from start to finish, including the printing process. We aim to ensure that our users complete their yearbook projects, as this not only signifies their success but also reflects positively on our company.

The three-email series each provide a unique piece of information to help new users get started with Treering Yearbooks. Their goal is to engage the user and encourage them to click for more details.

Interactive Finder

Overview

Delia’s was an on-trend teen fashion brand that capitalized on current trends. Recognizing the popularity of graphic tees among teenagers, the merchandising team sought to develop a collection that resonated with individual personalities.

The goal was to create an interactive finder that prompted users to answer three questions, after which it would recommend a selection of graphic t-shirts tailored to their personalities.
